Project manager for the implementation of global financial reporting and consolidation for a global industrial distributor. Key activities included developing a detailed project plan and managing multiple work streams concurrently across multiple facilities. Project was scheduled for 36 months but was completed in less than 24 months.
Project architect and finance lead for ERP implementation of a global manufacturer and distributor of consumer products. Key activities included defining the overall system design and coordinating the implementation of the design across multiple countries and facilities. Also responsible for developing the new global financial reporting and costing models.
Project lead for the finance team of an ERP implementation for a national food and beverage distributor. Key activities included defining the financial reporting system, defining and implementing a standard cost system for inventory and an actual cost system for pricing, and improving inventory reporting.
