Hello, my name is Don Riggs and I am the founder of Business Process Improvement (BPI).
When I started BPI, I had a very simple philosophy. Provide a good service, at a fair price and we will always have work;
15 years later I can honestly say BPI has always been busy.
Our focus is providing the expertise needed to ensure a successful project or turn-around a troubled implementation.
If there’s something you need, more than likely BPI can provide it.
I select BPI employees on the merits of their knowledge, experience, creativity and work ethic. We are very focused in our market-space, we want to be the "best of the best" in these areas. In short we will not take work that we do not have the skills to perform.
We are not perfect, we make mistakes. However, the promise I can make is that we will be honest in our dealings and complete the work we agreed to complete. I believe that if you start with a good plan, stick to the plan and communicate results on a regular basis you guarantee a good outcome to any project you accept.
