The 3G recipe
Most of us have heard the phrase ‘One day at a time’, and that’s exactly how projects get behind and become late.  One day at a time.  BPI designs a schedule that builds on daily progress, leading to weekly progress, leading to a job delivered on-time and on-budget.  The 3 G’s of our success recipe are:

Good Planning
Good Execution
Good Feedback

Good Planning     Anything worth doing well is worth planning for, what doesn’t benefit from a good plan?  Planning is an investment in the success of a project. Thoughtful planning not only prepares you for what lies ahead, it ensures you have adequate resources and use them in the most effective way possible. Good Planning takes place in a sequence. Plan, evaluate, correct, execute and measure your progress.

Good Execution     We believe that while most competent individuals do have the capacity to execute well, it is more often than not organizational constraints that limit their ability to meet desired goals. It is therefore a critical responsibility of the organization to provide the plan, processes and work culture to aid consultants in performing their duties in an optimal manner.  BPI has execution built into the company’s core values which is why we look for progress against plan every day.

Good Feedback     Open and ongoing communications are the mainstay of good feedback.  It is inevitable that a project as complex as an ERP system will deploy without a hitch.  A solid communications path with core team members and the executive sponsors ensure that issues can be handled as they arise and the resulting implementation meets the needs of the business.
